- Install a lockbox to allow prospective buyers that are accompanied by their agents to view your house without compromising your security. This box keeps a date and time record of the agent who entered.
- Ongoing communication with you, informing you of comments made by showing agents and their prospective buyers
- When offers are received, you and I will work as a team to review important details of the contract to determine our best negotiating strategies.
